• Scope of Service
  To canvass the sale of P.O.,R.D., A/C, and to liaison between the investor and the depositor and Small Savings Offices and render service   at the door step of the investor.
  
  
• Eligibility Conditions
  Female / individuals, 21 years of age and matriculate is eligible to apply for agency. He/She must be a person of integrity and bonafide resident of concerned district and also have wide contacts to transact the agency business.
  

• Step by Step Procedure
  Application forms are available with the district office of Small Savings in each district of the State which is generally located in the Bachat Bhawan or in the D.C. Office complex. Following documents/formalities are to be completed while submitting application to the district office :-
    i. Application form.
  
    ii.Agreement form.
  
    iii.Nomination form.
  
    iv.Pledging of NSC for MPKBY      agency.
  
    v.Affidavit (to be attested by the First Class Magistrate) on stamp paper of Rs.15/-.
  
    vi.Character certificate (Two).
  
    vii.Four passport size photographs.
  
    viii.Photo-copy of proof of Ration Card and date of birth.
